Bushcraft is a term that's employed to express an understanding of our natural environment and of the wild and how to live comfortably within it. It's not just about camping out for the weekend then going back to our normal routine, it's about being in tune with nature and living the way our ancestors did Millennia ago. You could find yourself building a shelter out of snow or cooking a day's forage over an open fire. We will keep you up to date with events and news in the Bushcraft and Outdoor world. We provide an excellent discussion forum for you to talk with fellow bushcrafters & outdoorsman and ask any questions you may have, we have many skilled and experienced members who are always willing to help. If you have something to share then please let us know either by email or by submitting a news article below. As you may have noticed the site has been down for a couple of weeks, this was due to a hosting issue that has resulted in us moving to a new host, based in the UK. This new host is far more reliable and came well reccomended so we won't be up and down all the time now. Unfortunately this unexpected move meant we lost a couple of the most recent articles of the main site and a days worth of posts from the forums. The articles will be going up again within the next few days once we have got round to it. But mostly, the site is just as it was before the big crash. We have a few exciting things coming in the near future which you'll find out more about soon. The discussion forums are also back up, so please feel free to go and have a chat.
