		<title>Roast Pig</title>

		<description><![CDATA[Thought I would post a pic of my home made pig roaster. It was made from 2x 225 Ltr barrels. One cut in half and hinged and a section cut from another to make a drip trap for the fat. Add a grill from an old BBQ and a lot of charcoal with oak shavings and that was it.
 
Sadly due to a miscalculation of size the first pig we went to collect from the farmer was about twice the size of the barrel, so we chose a smaller one and still had to saw the head off to get it in.
