Default Clove Hitch

Clove Hitch

The Clove Hitch is a great way to secure a line to a post. It is a great knot for starting/finishing lashings.

1. Put the rope around the object you wish to tie it to.

2. Bring the rope all way around the "post" Forming a cross.

3. Push the line up under the cross

4. Tighten up and thats it.
