I'll do some pictures later but basically I use one of my LoneWolf pouches and pack as follows (off the top of my head) ................
Rear Section- First aID. Small bottle of Steridex - hand and tool cleaning + fire Small bangage with safety pins Various sizes plasters Pain killers Vaseline Cotton wool (tampons) Small bottle of Betadyne Small vial Pot permang Strips of Sutures Gauze pads Cleanizing wipes Tweezers CasCard Front Section - Possibles Single strand brass wire Paracord Wetfire blocks Ministeel and sharpeniong stone Matchsafe Button compass Microlight red torch Whistle Spare fire steel Thats about it I think. First aid items are my own preference for a cuts kit with a few other bits and bobs, the possibles themself should reflect your understanding and skill level but regardless of what you put in it remember the idea of the possibles pouch is that you carry it regardless of what other items you carry or wear so in theory if you lost everything else but your belt you'd have your pouch and knife

I don't have a proper pouch at the moment, I've tried using stuff in the past but they haven't worked out - I'm thinking of having one made or making my own. What I have carried in a pouch before though are:
SAK, LED light, Whistle together on a string Firesteel An emergency sheet Cord A small sharpening stone I've got a small pocket FAK with plasters, gauze, dressings, tweezers, sutures etc. Snare Wire Hooks and line |

pouch is the LoneWolf pouch on the website Scotty - as for the contents sorry mate not at the moment.
But I'm away for 9 days starting friday running courses so if I get bored I'll take some. JP also carries one of these pouches so you probably saw it at the WG. Nothing wrong with making your own pouch either Scotty - my favourite possibles pouch was one I made myself and gave to a wee irish buddy of mine years ago!!

It's still in use. Cheers Gary.
It's always packed and ready to go with a small first aid kit, opinel, tinder pouch and small Ferro rod. I am also making up a small survival kit with a few snares, fishing kit etc. This will only go in once I have tested and used every item. I didn't bring it on my trip during the summer as I was tring to safe weight and I regretted it as it really is useful bit of kit and I hated having my trouser pockets full of stuff after we camped I hope this winter to finish my own possibles bag out of some canvas I have just for the extra few bits real lightweight over nigthers. It's tough little pouch. The repair I have made too it is the cord that held the toggle in place had to replaced. Other then that it's perfect.
