New competition

I'm planning on doing a new competition soon once I have sourced a good prize. Our past 3 competitions have been "pick a number between.." types which are pretty boring! So if anyone has some creative ideas for a new competition please put them here

A how to write up on some thing bushcraft related. Must include detailed pictures or diagrams. All members would be invited to vote on the post, using a secret ballot.

Post to be original, workable, set a standard that most members can understand and do. Blar, Blar, Blar

Must contain no less than 6 pictures, relating to six stages and the write up must be at least 250 words per stage.

Or how about the best post of the month, again we could all vote using a secret ballot. Mind you not sure how one goes about doing a secret ballot. Is that possible Scott?

It is possible yeah. The problem with a write up type competition is that not everyone has access to a camera etc.

Something me and Chip have planned before was a set of closeup pictures of things related to bushcraft and the outdoors, you would then have to guess what all of pictures were. Then the correct entries get put into a hat, what do you think?

The secret ballot would be sent to Scott as a PM.
Just add to my post / idea: Not saying that anyone here would, but to stop picture being downloaded from other sites and used as a members post. The picture would need to have a printed copy of the main forum page included in the photograph, just in frame as a proof mark.

I think in this day and age most people have access to digi cams or even pic phones.

I do like this idea, however I'm not sure if many people would be willing to spend time doing it, I guess it depends on the sort of prize.
