Default This will really piss Bernie off.

Penmarlam to Lerryn
Another little Fowey creek trip, conditions were spot on, very warm, hardly any blinding sun and no wind. This where I had planned to take Bernie last week but the weather/tides and family illness dictated other things, another time Bernie & Max.

Heading up through the moorings just off Gallant.

The start of the Lerryn creek.

Future camp spot maybe?

It's a pity that on a neap tide theres so much mud.

Coming into Lerryn

The public slipway at Lerryn, mines the red one.

Couple of friendly ones.

Heading back

It was at this point that the wind picked up and was trying to spin me around so no more pictures I'm afraid. All in all a really nice trip out, thanks for looking.

Robbi,I did'nt fish it mate but I will next time. The sand bars were heaving with fish,I could'nt see what they were but they were shoaling up so much the water was boiling. You know what it's like when trout are taking emergers?Thats what these were doing,I'd like to think it was schoolies taking samall eel or shrimp.

Maxine you would'nt have had a problem with the wind,I was on my own in a 16 footer and could'nt trim as I did'nt take anything heavy with me.Two in a canoe would'nt have a problem.

Bernie Look forward to the summer mate.
