We have 3 2 polecats and a albino seems they are line ferrets big boys at 2kilos at 24 weeks old.

I got given a road kill Polecat that seems to have been living feral ill post a pic it was the biggest and most solid looking hob ive ever seen.... its feet are now immortalised for ever in salt for the Woodlife trails Table du mort

Update on our ferrets one managed to get out Saturday and leg it on to the main road I was alerted by someone walking past who knocked on the door to ask if i knew anyone with ferrets, the guy had trapped it in next doors front garden but was to scared to pick it up luckily the other 2 stayed in the hutch, so that could well have been the fate of one of ours.

There is an old saying round my way that says 'There is no such thing as a lost Ferret' which might sound a bit odd until you learn that just about everybody keeps chickens!
