Are we having a theme to this meet?

I think as the last meet was foraging/survival we should go the opposite. This meet should be proper fancy, no swearing at the table and you will be required to use both your knife and your spoon.

What we could do is each person makes 1 dish or more likely 2 dishes.

Hors D'Oeuvres
Consommé Olga
Poached Salmon with Mousseline Sauce, Cucumbers
Saute of Chicken, Lyonnaise
Lamb, minted with garden peas and creamed carots + rice (MartinK9)
Punch Romaine
Roast Squab & Cress
Cold Asparagus Vinaigrette
Pâté de Foie Gras
Peaches in Chartreuse Jelly

If you diddnt guess, it's my choice from the Titanic's menu, they had a kitchen, we have a fire.

Black tie and a bottle of something special.

Put your names to the dishes you want to do. Obviosly anything even close to the dish is fine.

I'll add Martin to the lamb as thats his speciality dish.

Lol I'll do a flame grilled garlic and herb chicken with royal spuds in garlic butter.

Me follow a list I'm a creative and inventive chef. I set the standard not follow it.
