Nut cake - Pistachio
Been a busy 12 months, just got back from a jaunt in Poland and thought i'd share a campsite fav.
Great alternative to bannock or bread etc, its more of a savoury filler than true cake. 200g of Pistachios or any other nuts but i like these best 50g Flour 4 eggs ,dried eggs, powdered eggs work just as well Optional 1 tbsp of sugar, splenda or molasses Smash the pistachios up mix into the flour then combine all the rest of the items. Grease a 20cm cake tin with the coconut oil and pour the mixture in Bake until golden brown and cooked through (30-40mins ish) centre shouldn't be too moist |

Not too bad just stupid busy with work its all getting a little boring. Be good to catch up with you all at some point sadly I won't be at the Gathering again this year off on a job In sweden on the 16th. Hoping to get some 'Green time' out of it but will have to wait and see. ATB Will |
