Alright folks! How ya all been? Been very dead on here lately, lets see if we can get some of the magic back eh!

I have been busy studying () but I am managing to find time for the odd weekend out, here's a pic from the weekend just gone - built in about 1.5 hours with me 'ol mate Jason

A few others can attest to the fact it pissed it down Sunday morning with a mild thunderstorm and I was dry as a bone so it does go to show if you put the extra effort in when thatching it does pay off

Im still here just relocated to Scotland busy setting up the workshop getting my stuff out of storage. I'll be posting projects real soon. Plus I just took posession of a Biolite stove, if you havent seen one check it out on youtube. Imho one of the best products to come out in ages, I'll do a review soon.

Jason retired to his tipi with his lovely wife - I collapsed in a quivering mess about 2am, it was a superb shelter but a wheelie bin round the back of £strechers would have been perfectly adequate in that state

That looks very sturdy. I do like handmade shelters more than a tarp and hammock. Thats bloody good going 1.5 hours.
