Bodies in the ground probably aint far from the truth with that place.
Plenty of arguments settled between big backpatch clubs in the new forest.
I think the last was the HA's who had a gunfight there in the 80's...

Life as one of the great apes can be very demanding:

Have you ever heard that wailing sound foxes make ? I proper kacked my kegs the first time I heard it, I was crashed out in my hammock in the middle of a pine forest on my own and it all got a bit Blair Witch for a while.

I heard it in London a few years back, I was staying in Barnet. I thought there was a woman outside being attacked! A friend said it was the local vixen getting sorted out, and that they get foxes coming round every night. I found that really strange, I know about urban foxes but you still don't associate foxes with London!
