Okay here is the scenario, you have by some twist of fate are to be left by yourself in a remote woodland wilderness for one year:o.Away for all human contact no T.V radio or phone no i-pods.Okay you have small hut for shelter a good axe and knife and firesteel. There is some tins of food a small well for water and a hunting rifle. You have all the essential kit you want. You more than good chance of surviving one year alone. But before you go away for the year alone you are told you can take just one luxury item. What nonessential thing would you take with you and why?
Its got to be tea for an Englishman.:)
A Claudia Schiffer Carrying a crate of Ouzo wearing nothing but a smile.
Or
A Les Hiddens. Fully clothed and kitted.
Or
A samson armoured recovery vehicle or combat engineering tractor, very useful kit on both these vehicles.
:-\" :icon_hang
I'll get my coat.
ray mears. :D
nah it would have to be tea bags
Would have to be a atv this would allow greater distances to be travelled for hunting and foraging plus a means of transporting heavier loads a greater distance, deer carcass for example or firewood.
Alternatively if near a lake a canoe for same reasons.
If you watched that programme Alaska Surviving the Wilderness another idea would be sealable jars for preserving stuff like fish or fruit and the like.

a dog : its hard to hit the hills without the old hunting buddy by my side, dogs can pack, help hunt, and keep you from going insane with lonesomeness
and i guess if i cant have my dog then my wife can do all those things too.:wink:
also a years supply of toilet paper would make the year a lot more comfortable:o
Toilet paper ?, thats what your used tea bags are for !.:lmao:

I've got to agree there Mr Punk, but i'd have to take both of mine as i would'nt want one to miss out. As much as they both have a good tempremant, they both have something different to bring to the party! :)
